Walk more...

1. Park further away from the shops...and take brisk walks. Your body works like an engine, the faster you drive, the more fuel it uses. So...walk faster and burn more fat!
Don't use the excuse that you're in a hurry...use it to speed up your walking and fat burning.
2. Try to walk 30 minute 3 to 4 times this week.
3. Book a strolling date with your kids...make it enjoyable and interesting.
4. Instead of sleeping 3 hours on a sunday afternoon, rather sleeg for 1 hour and go to a nearby nature reserve or botanical garden...and clear your head with some walking before the weeks race starts again.
5. Stop using elevators or escalators. Take the stairs.
6. Develop a habit. For example don't sit while you are on your phone...get up and walk around. If you don't have space, pace back and forth. You'd be surprised how much movement you can do when you are concentrating on a conversation rather than the exertion.
7. Stop thinking of reasons why you won't be able to do this challenge.

...and yes...as much as this sounds like a typical diet club...WE ARE DIFFERENT!

We will change our nutrition, physical activities, thoughts and our beauty products to change us back to who we want to be.

Note, that a thinner you is not a happier you!  That is not the focus or goal of this group.
We want to live healthier and happier...what ever that is, we are your support to achieve those goals.
