Walk more...

1. Park further away from the shops...and take brisk walks. Your body works like an engine, the faster you drive, the more fuel it uses. So...walk faster and burn more fat!
Don't use the excuse that you're in a hurry...use it to speed up your walking and fat burning.
2. Try to walk 30 minute 3 to 4 times this week.
3. Book a strolling date with your kids...make it enjoyable and interesting.
4. Instead of sleeping 3 hours on a sunday afternoon, rather sleeg for 1 hour and go to a nearby nature reserve or botanical garden...and clear your head with some walking before the weeks race starts again.
5. Stop using elevators or escalators. Take the stairs.
6. Develop a habit. For example don't sit while you are on your phone...get up and walk around. If you don't have space, pace back and forth. You'd be surprised how much movement you can do when you are concentrating on a conversation rather than the exertion.
7. Stop thinking of reasons why you won't be able to do this challenge.

Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day...here is 10 reasons why!
  1. It helps you lose weight. Try drinking some water before a meal.  You'll be surprised how quick you feel full.
  2. It’s easier to be hydrated for exercise. Dehydration is a big reason why we feel tired and sluggish.  
  3. Your skin texture improves. 
  4. Drinking water helps maintain digestive health. It helps to keep you “regular”….with your “evacuation” processes by making things easier and more frequent.
  5. Drinking water helps flush out toxins. Also drinking water while you're using alcohol defenitely reduces the strain of your liver.  Your stuck with him for a while...might as well look after him now.
  6. You use the bathroom more often...so walking to the bathroom is physical activity. Make sure you take a brisk walk when going to the ladies...
  7. Taking in more fluid helps reduce fluid retention. 
  8. Water give you energy.
  9. You save money. Bottled water is definitely cheaper than most other drinks, and tap water is free! 
  10. It is a reminder of your new healthy lifestyle.  A fresh bottle water on your desk, or in you car...reminds you to stay on the healthy train.
